    What sports do you normally do to keep fit? and why do you prefer that kind of sports to achieve physical fitness?

    In summer i prefer swimming mostly
    In winter running of course.
    Both of them helps being fit enough.

      i play basketball, but not really to keep fit, its just for fun. staying fit is just a side effect with it

        I like to play Rugby in the Spring and Soccer all year. It really only keeps me fit when I'm with an official team but fun matches help too

              To be totally honest I was not in friends with any activities until October last year ;)
              Now I have made myself a promise to run marathon , so im running every single day to and from work and some additional times when i do have some spare time.
              Every friday i do play squash for 1h30min with my colleagues and at work we have Table Tennis and Xbox Kinect, which is fun and gives some sweat as well ;)))

                            I go to my university basketball courts 2-3 times a week and play basketball. When I'm free on Saturdays I go for more serious pickup games.

                              I like doing CrossFit (Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness). It has a lot of different exercises so it doesn't get bored.
                              I got into it about 2 years ago because of my friend, and he is really into it so he bought most of the equipment needed so its really easy for me.
                              I also like doing extreme sports (Snowboarding) but I don't think it makes fit if you don't do it regularly..
