Best places for subtitles for anime?

I have a small collection of DVDs that I got when I was Japan. The only issue is that its not in english nor does it have subtitles.

I am wondering what is the best place that would have subtitles I could download and have VLC load them or I can encode them into it.

Really hard because much of subtitle was inside the movie. But, you can try it in subscene

You souhld try to find some already fansubbed DVDs you can find some on ADC if you try to join there .
