Movie-Torrents - Back up...

I woke up this morning to the unpleasant notice on movie-torrents.tv saying "Sorry we are closed until further notice". Anybody know if the owners shut it down vs. being taken down forcefully?

I see the site is back up now. Any word on what happened?
