Games don't kill people? Guns kill people.
People who are so depraved of a mental firewall that would stop them from shooting up their school, job or the like should NOT have the ability to go to their corner store to buy a Glock.
The only good reason anyone has pro-guns is "I want my guns, 'Murricah".
It's called an assault rifle instead of a protection rifle for a reason.

I think games do effect children. I think when a child at the age 7, 8 plays a game labeled 16+, it really effects them in a bad way. So, I think the main responsibility is the parents' and they should watch over their children's actions so that they don't become a socially deprived/dangerous people.

Simply it equated to the type of person who already has the mentality to do such a thing. Games are actually quite a stress relief. But as they say, an addictive personality can change quite a bit of things. ;)
