why not have the Announcement: colored like this or similar instead of the boring almost invisible Announcement:

just an ide to prevent unnecessary infractions when there is rules in effect that are not added to the actual list of rules yet

Announcement: New thread prefixes - Infraction for not reading

i'm talking specifically about this one

as i had read all the rules there and this new rule was not in there
there was that announcement tho i had read for hours on hours of rules and post's and howto's so i missed it as it just blended in with the rest of the thread's there

aka invisible not at all what i expect an announcement to look like
