1.torrent (uTorrent crashed/computer froze)

My uTorrent crashed/computer froze and when I turned it back on it wiped out my list of downloads:see here

Now when I try to add a Torrent file it adds a 1. to the file extension: see here

I tried uninstalling and it's still doing it. I reformatted my PC and still doing it.
Why is this happening and how to fix?

EDIT: FIXED: problem was in "Directories" I had "Move .torrent for finished jobs to:" checked.
