hi can some one help me with the upload speed?
i installed utorrent on my vps, and i asked the help desk can i use it as seedbox. They told me i can.
i added the port to firewall, but it seems cant connect with other peers.

Have you tried disabling the firewall at all?

If only happens it in a tracker perhaps is the tracker the cause. Proof other tracker to discard things.

Try downloading torrents with more peers than seeds. It looks like the torrents you have in your client are VERY seed-heavy.
You're fully connectable though. Nothing to worry about there. Maybe check your "max connections" setting as well?

Try downloading a linux ISO and see if you have the same issue.
