Question on hosting image file's on your server

How would i go about this,but being able to host my own image's on my server with put people leeching my image's to other sites ...

your question is not really clear, but if it is just about hosting images, it could be as easy as just saving pictures in an apache directory or use an image gallery

If somebody other than you can see the image, they can copy it.
If you don't want anyone to see it, store it locally or on a private cloud service (dropbox, photo stream, etc).
