This might be some ISP transparent proxy in play and in that case there is not a lot you can do about it. Try with different ISP if it happens there too, if you can. Or if you have some seedbox with VPN support then try via VPN if it happens that way too.

I don't know what's that but just an addition to viola's idea. If you don't have a vpn seedbox you could also try with TOR
