    Overall rating: 3/10
    TLDR: Look elsewhere if you want a trustworthy service with a dependable and professional attitude.

    Lardo from Seedroots will always be my comparison of exceptional service and professionalism, may he rest in peace.

    Starting from the beginning.

    I signed up with superseeder.eu as an alternative to seedroots after Lardo passed away.
    Price was $2 more a month for the same torrent speed and service but without SFTP.
    I was willing to give it a try.

    First few days of service were okay, rutorrent download speeds as expected if not excellent, and ftp download speeds was slower than seedroots SFTP.

    I ended up later having access issues where rutorrent and FTP login would time out, I made a ticket, response was fast but said there was no issue, after his response I had access again.

    The issue of time out persisted randomly, made a new ticket iirc, made a comment here and then he privately messaged me about it, understandable, but he then started to get a bit rude over the fact I complained publicly here. But he then setup SFTP free of charge. That was nice.

    Still there were time out issues, I checked the hops via tracert and did some troubleshooting, nothing on my end was indicating contributing to the issue.

    I decided to deactivate the automatic renewal and just ride the service out to the end of the month as I paid for.

    I should still have over 1 week of service left at the time of writing this review, but I found he disabled my account and server when I went to login today.. and it appears it's been that way for a few days.

    I messaged him and opened a paypal dispute (not a claim), as this was highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior to cancel my service just over half way through.
    I did follow his TOS, and only used private trackers.

    His response about this was... well... not at all what I was expecting.
    He told me I had nothing but complaints since day one (not really) and that I didn't say thank you for effort (I did)
    said he didn't like my attitude (what?)
    said he didn't owe me anything (so that money I paid was a donation?)
    it was a mistake to sell me anything
    etc etc....
    basically it read as an emotional outburst, not a professional response.

    This is a prime example of how NOT to conduct customer service or treat your customers.
    I've been around for a while.. since BBS days and trading floppies... I'm not a spring chicken.


    There's many other seedbox providers with good reviews here.
    Pick another one besides superseeder.eu

    funny that instead accept partial refund & move on
    u rushed open dispute, bash all over, keep moaning like it's the end of the world..
    Zero proportion ..

    that all u cared & that is the attitude you "don't" like us telling u ..

    in some seems u have zero KB nor clue how stuff really works

    we done by far all we can to help
    tho u can say whatever to whoever u wish, in one real fact u can't really debate
    no issue with the server.never was

    but the easy part is always to blame sth/someone

    yes i remind u this is ours bizz / ours rules we can do whatever we think is right
    we owe u nothing . money won't buy me so don't get wrong here
    if u think the "client always right" = it's so old fashioned attitude
    no the client ain't always right & you're a good case to show that ..


    On the contrary, we usually not even bother sell to / handle with ppl having attitude like yours
    "that thinks he knows better"

    i doubt u even have the KB how to really config a server
    moreover , sort issues, not just by "copy\paste" them .. on your own
    else u wouldn't bother post for SR replacements ...as u have zero clue it seems .

    so ofc u gonna blame someone ..

    but u think with money u can say nor do whatever u wish

    i prefer , exactly, how it was in your case to lose money (recall we paid for the server it ain't free ;)

      This proves my point about unprofessionalism.

      My recommendation stands to avoid this provider.

        Ye we got that we ain't Pro, we are so bad , we're the Evil itself & u can continue picking any negative word u have in your vocabulary, also ppl got your point, as well
        just if i were u i wouldn't recycle myself, as atm you're nothing but pathetic & obsessive..

        nice u think you're "right"
        but lets see now if you're smart , to simply take the partial refund, offered long time ago
        as till now u still refused, ego ha..

        now read my lips & take ours advice , free of charge , just a tip from ours experience (over 9 years running this bizz)
        tho u hate us & u won't listen ..i can surely live with that, trust me.

        ** in some point i'm gonna end this & can assure u personally 2 things :

        1.u won't even get what was initially offered . you're prob now. deal with PP not with us anymore.
        2.once u started bashing me in person, as a person & my personality & post personal txt between us 2..
        be my guest , just recall ..

I will not having you directly attacking and insulting anyone on this Forum, do it again and you will be Banned without any further warning. I am basically out of patience with you at this point.
