I had been with them for a few years, and I was generally satisfied, but I have decided, after having multiple server crashes and their totally no grace-period billing policy (one day late and they terminate and erase everything?!) I am done with them. Their prices were good, but I don't think it is worth it.

yeah their customer service is one of the best in my own experiences and opinions, been with other providers who couldnt even respond to me in English. Surprised you dont update Jeep, the plan I have has double the HDD and comes in a little cheaper.

Not sure if its isp change or things with boxes changed but I get my full speeds at home through FTP and the last time I used a seedbox it was super slow, same companies but different states.

I've been a member since 2015 and that's not going to change. Just paid my renewal for another year.
The gui access is quick. Download speeds to the seedbox is always fast. I've seen 90mbps+ many, many times.
Download speed from my seedbox to my home machine is always decent to great.(Can't fault them for my isp)

Support is awesome. Any tickets were always answered and fixed really quick.
When my box needed to be moved to due HD failure issues, I asked if they could move my configs over so i didn't have to start from scratch, and they did it, no questions asked.

That's top notch customer service.

I havent seen even near the 1gbps speeds yet and I think thats because im paired with some heavy users, server client I can see spikes in high speeds and large several TB transfers for the month. Even though I would love to see the faster speeds and more HDD space this box is outstanding for the price point and best combo I have found shopping around different seedbox companies.

after spending a few hours shopping around total I decided to go back to tal0ne, some providors offers nice speeds but low HDD space, others high HDD but slow speeds.
Ended up going with the following plan, would of liked a little more HDD space but this will be decent enough for me especially for my current budget, will post reviews once its up and running, I did 3 months for the price listed.

I mostly used tal0ne, maybe 90% of my seedboxing time. I am going to be browsing boxes and get an idea. Dont need anything big right now just something to boost ratios for new torrent sites. Used tal0ne to raise 100tb on my main torrent site back then.

I've been a member since 2015 and will continue to be. Even thought 150 mbps is guaranteed, the average upload speed I get is between 30-80MB/s which is very good.
I currently just find their selection a little bit confusing. They often add new boxes and remove boxes, from what I can tell, mine cant be ordered now.
Will maybe try out a A-Wing box later.

So I ended up going for it. I was coming in with zero, or close to zero expectations since this is a budget seedbox. I was looking for the cheapest possible out there since im not a heavy user so anything more would honestly be a waste of money. All their EarthBOX(50GB storage), WindBOX(100GB) and FireBOX(200GB) packages were sold out when I tried to sign up so I contacted their support if they knew when one would be free. They said one of their FireBOX would be free fairly soon and asked if i wanted to pre-order it, so i did. I originally wanted the EarthBOX but now after a couple of days im glad that it was the FireBOX that I managed to get, 50GB turned out to be too little storage after all.

Transdroid/Transdrone for android kept on crashing on my phone but worked on my other devices so I opened a ticket and they installed www.github.com/xombiemp/rutorrentMobile for me instead and its a good alternative. All i really wanted was to check up on my downloads from time to time and /rutorrentMobile is more than enough.

Best speed ive seend these last couple of days is 52MB/s down and 14MB/s up and for 4 euro im extremely happy with that.

Save yourself the trouble and go with another provider, tal0ne doesn't exactly have a good reputation.

Thats the opposite from what i gathered from this thread and other forums. Cant say i read through all 90 pages but i did read a good chunk.
Plus im on a budget 5euro or less and ive not found anything better than this.

How did you guys make your accounts with tal0ne? I really dont want to give my real phone number etc etc but i read that they close accounts for "fraud" if you fake some of the info? Help appreciated
