Sync to pc

Sorry for the noob question, I have a seedbox that runs Plex as my internet isn’t good at home, I have a pc at home that I use for local Plex in the house. Can I sync between them so whatever goes into my Plex folders in my seedbox then download into my home Plex folders, I have been doing this manually put I would like to make my home server headless and put it in a cupboard.

I use resilio sync, which has worked really well for me. Set it up then just leave it to do its thing, no admin required.

+1 for Resilio. I have multiple syncs set up between my home server, seedbox and my phone. Resilio has been absolutely rock solid.
