How to measure Seedbox speed? Any method besides a screen capture?

I wonder if there is any speed test available in order to proof the speed of my seedbox. Something like Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test for home speed tests.

I know that a screen capture may be valid, but it may happen that when you take such capture you where not seeding at a nice spped.

Any hint will be wellcome!
