Help looking for a dedicated server for Plex

Located in the U.S. Somewhere prefer in a Dallas datacenter. Can't run plex outside of the state because of congestion (yeah comcast) so i need the best speed possible. Any one recommend a good provider?

Leaseweb have DC in Dallas, you may look at them. OR You can still have server in NL with better uplink, I've seen comcast performing good with Telia and Level3.
