Looking for speedy seedbox / week @ $20

I'm looking for a weekly seedbox plan with good speeds.
Hdd: from at least 200 upwards
Interface: Rutorrent is OK
Speed: gigabit (or at least a box that can maintain 60-80 UP).
Cap: 5TB or higher :)
Price: $20-$25max.
Any recommendations would be great.
