Description
JPopsuki is a music tracker focusing on Japanese pop music, as the name suggests. However there are plenty other eastern music styles to be found. The rules simply state that "nothing western is allowed".
The website is based on Gazelle, like the famous tracker What.CD, and is therefore very clean and easily navigable. Like most other Gazelle-based trackers you have the ability the change the sites stylesheet to one of the given options or even use an external one from another user or something you created yourself.
JPopsuki is multilingual with 6 languages (English, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Japanese) available. The rules and Knowledgebase have been translated to even more languages.
The tracker is, naturally, ratio-based and therefore has certain ratio requirements which can be difficult to meet for some users. To help those who struggle there is a Bonus Point system in place, awarding points for seeding torrents you have already completed. You may use these point to purchase upload credit or a number of other things.
Lastly, JPop has a very unique feature. There is a radio and a TV station set up, streaming eastern music that you may listen to. This is free for everybody to use even those who are not members of the tracker and it might help you in determining whether or not you like eastern music styles.

There are no rules concerning freeleech, however at the time of posting there are over 7000 torrents freeleech. Mostly torrents with a very big filesize will be made freeleech by staff, though this decided on a case-by-case basis. Also, there is sometimes global freeleech during holiday season or on special occasions, which means that each and any torrent will be freeleech for a certain timeframe.

The is probably your best bet for anything eastern music. The tracker has a massive collection of music with over 150.000 torrents. There is a thriving community to participate and ask for advise in case you have trouble. The tracker is rich of features and keeping a good ratio is not a problem even without a seedbox. If you are into eatern music this the place to go.
