Content : 10/10 for romanian stuff and 9/10 for english stuff.
Rarity : You know what's saying about rarity, if it's bad, non interesting , can be discribed as rarity otherwise there's a lot content that can satisfy you (i personally like the Medicine category).

Speeds: most of the tutorials are small so the speed is not a problem. Some members does not have a good upload speed, some have but it think that what does matter is the content.

    Overall : 9.5/10

Depends on what you are planning to get. For college books etc. I guess you gotta be a little lucky to get "yours" but you have that problem on every tracker.

You'll surely find stuff to learn like differential equations, mechanic, medicine, biology and such stuff but it would be luck if you find exactly the book the prof recommends.

I think saying that the files on this tracker are small is a bit missleading. Most files uploaded are between 1 and 20 GB as they up lot's of videotutorials and documentaries. Some are smaller. I would guess the average filesize is 2GB.
