As an interesting observation, I notice that this downtime happens on the same date as last year.
I would guess it has someting to do with renewal of their hosting account or similar.

I have been searching all over. The staff had posted on a site like this (I don't think it was this one) during the march outage. Anybody found anything. Apparently their host was attacked a few weeks ago which caused the outage. Hopefully something similar but I hope they get back up... That was my weekend plan :)
