HDArea - Account has been disabled

Hi wondering if someone from HDArea can help me out? Since this morning, I was not able to login to my account with "This account has been disabled' error message. I can't seem to find any contact us info on the main page. I am not sure what I did wrong and just wanted to find out more about it. Been a member since last year and pretty bummed out that I had over 30TB upload in it. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you used a shared IP seedbox? They don't allow that I think.

Hmm I was using rapidseedbox and according to their page they mentioned it is dedicated IP unless that's not true. :(
