You forgot rTorrent. One of the most used client in seedboxes.

qbitorrent on my home pc, for whatever reason neither utorrent nor deluge max out my connection no matter how much I tweak them.

I use the good and old uTorrent 2.2.1 without the all new features that the newer version offer because I just don't need them. I run it on my Mac with the help of WINE. On my old MacBook with OSX 10.7.5 uTorrent Mac gave me spyware which is an absolute No-Go. It also has ads on the left side which aren't a big deal but still I like to keep my Mac free of Ads. Thats the reason why I use the Windows Version which runs great, is light and very speedy

Deluge > rTorrent for seedboxes at least. A huge difference in speed.

Certainly with the libtorrent tweak plugin available in the GTK client: ltconfig. Select the performance preset and enjoy the difference.
For readers: be aware you don't have to blindly apply this preset. Features like cache size/age and number of connections have to be customized to fit your hardware.

uTorrent 2.2.1 is the best :)

For every Unix, transmission is the best in every way imo. Not just speed, but the whole layout and app responding.

                    Depends on your definition "FASTEST"

Fastest peer finding and upload speed = Deluge

Fastest gui for lots of torrents (<1k ) = rTorrent/rutorrent

From what I used, maybe uTorrent 2.2.1.

I use both Deluge and rTorrent. rTorrent for stuff I am seeding long term, and Deluge (I love the thin client) for stuff that I am manually managing. Seems like a really good combo for me. Both on a seedbox btw.
