I. Select the member that you want to give him the iTrader

II.click in " submit Feedback For *name of the member * "

III. Submit Feedback For " the name of the member "

1. if you take the invite chose " Receiver "
2. chose Positive (+1)
" if he is a bad member

give him Negative (-)

"
3. write a short comment
4. Add the URL of the thread from you get the invite
5. write a comments " Visible to buyer, seller
and staff only"
6. Submit Reply

Well I think it belongs in the tutorial section. If you put it in the invite and give section you'd have to sticky it in 3 sections.
