nah but in all seriousness, we are looking for any way to keep torrents alive, see nobody wants to seed just to seed anymore, only wanna see for as long as needed. come on ppl harddrives are cheap nowadays :P
i know a few sites that run with 72h seedtime with 8 hour jumpoff time, and our system is still being fine-tuned. 36 hours is very very low seedtime for a ratio free tracker anyway... we at fyt are always looking to tweak stuff for the users, so rest assured there are many more great changes to come and we always welcome your input, so post in forums or get at us on fyt, staff are very active there and its the fastest way to get in contact with any of us.

No you miss the point entirely. It's not a size issue at all. No one even mentioned size . The issue is a lot of folks use laptops and they go off and on in daily use.
Having to keep you laptop on all the time even for 36 hrs can be a problem.
You do have the workings for a great site.

we are still working to come up with the best system for users, but doesnt neglect site and keeping torrents alive too. just wait, after signups close the real changes are going to begin, alot more features on the way :D

Browsing has changed on the site. Now browse displays all torrents on site except XXX. If you want to view XXX on main browse then enable in profile>torrents. If you like that old browse then just hover over browse and the old menu will drop down and the old browse has changed to General.

Seems like a pretty nice site, but not enough activity going on. They will need to find away to get their members, which they have plenty of, more active on the site.
The challenge they have is that they are operating in a very competitive space, against both well established trackers, and a lot of new entrants.
Also think they should change their name, I think it is a bit schoolboy - 'yeah, we're so cool we're going to call our site Fuck Yeah'

I can't agree more, first i thought this was a porn tracker.
They have great content and preetimes, but the site itself is very confuse, ratioless but with wait time.. shiny hard to read theme... to schoolboy.
A more serious/custom theme, user-class, shop, rules, a not just another 0/day tracker, could attract much more good people and create a great community. (something like PTN,TBH,AO.. if you know what i mean)
Also their continuously rule is exaggerated. There will always be good and bad users, to attract more good users I just said above what to do, bad users just need to be banned.

Not to mention it's a real slap in the face to MPAA and the likes. I think the site could make it but only with many changes which it sounds like they may do.

to help new users get past the wait times, site is 2x upload from now through the 31st. even if you cant seed the hell out of stuff, you can easily buy gb so you can rank up and get rid of wait times. please try to remember site is being changed, stuff added, removed, and tweaked every day. be patient and you will see :P
also on the name thing IMO I dont see how its a slap in the face of the MPAA, even though they deserve a good slapping and more. It's not as if the site is called FuckYouMPAATorrents, or FYMT for short. :P It is simply fuckyeah !! as in w00t some new shit to download! "fuck yeah! somegame just pre'd imma go grab it from FYT". its not meant to be childish or 'schoolboy' at all. just want you guys to know we are listening xD
