We are a software only tracker, plain and simple. With a goal to be organized and build up a community to trade and discuss software. We will not be having video games on here. As the login screen said, "This is an archive, a tribute, to those great applications that many developers have spent countless hours coding."

That was taken from their home page and pretty much says it all.
They don't want to be 'just another appz tracker', they want to be more. A huge archive of software, and a community where fellow software enthousiasts can share and discuss their opinions. A long and tough road is ahead of them, but they are certainly going to right way!
We'll see soon enough how this will end....

This is a unique feature for this tracker. Here you can either create a tutorial or request one. Their goal, I presume, is then to have an enormous database of tutorials which will add lots of value to this community.

Obviously this isn't to great yet with just 206 torrents, though they are only open to the public for about a week. Which means an average of around 25 torrents each day. And that isn't to bad for a niche tracker. If they can keep this rate or even improve it, this can become the what.cd of software. (Which is their goal I presume.)
Rating based on the uploading rate at this moment: 8/10!

----> Speed:
This is very good. Almost all, if not all, torrents are seedbox hosted. which guarantees very high speeds. Not much else to say here except for 'Keep it up!'.
Rating: 9/10!

----> Pre-Times:
Afaik they aren't auto-uploading any 0day releases, So pre times aren't available. Scene releases also need to be unzipped/unrarred and cannot include an .nfo file for some reason.
Rating: 0/10!

----> Forum activity:
New threads and posts are being made daily, bugs or help question get answered pretty fast. They also have forum games for the spammers ou there.
Rating: 8/10!

----> IRC activity:
Also pretty decent for a new tracker, very busy in the evenings, and had around 20 users online the times I joined. They also have a pretty cool IRC relay system which allows users to chat on IRC without having to install a client. It's like a chatbox/shoutbox which you see on many sites but it is connected to their irc network.
Rating: 9/10!

----> Overal rating:
The way it is going right now, this can most definitely become the place to be for software! The users seem willing to upload, by checking the upload contest. The staff members are active both on forums and IRC. Very friendly and helpfull. Like when they had the confirmation mail issue in the very beginning, just join their help channel and you were fixed in no time. The tutorial section is also a neat feature that makes this tracker 1 of a kind as is their IRC relay.
Conclusion: If this site keeps growing in both users and content this will become a great addition to the private tracker community. 8/10!

They have an auto-upload bot to upload latest scene release.
Seed bouns in beta testing.
IRC bouns: 4 points per hour.
