Every file that is downloaded enough becomes freeleech, every new game or bluray( 8-20 GB) is freeleech, every movie encoded by their group is freeleech (yes, you read right, they have their own video ripping team DrSi)

Zaradi večih razlogov smo v osebju sprejeli odločitev da se nebalkanski IP-ji blokirajo. Če in ko bo stran kdaj namenjena tudi tujcem, se bo to sprostilo. Slovenci, ki bi radi uporabljali portal in živijo v tujini se lahko s prošnjo obrnejo na podpora@partis.si in IP bo odblokiran (potrebujejo pa v tem primeru statični IP naslov).

I don't exactly know when this tracker was created, but I do know that I have been on it for a year and never needed to go anywhere else (for games at least). Some stuff even pops up faster than on torrentleech, and given that TL is the largest private torrent site, that's quite an accomplishment. :)
There are ALOT of torrents and many active uploaders. From 700MB movies to 16GB movies, all series you ever wanted (maybe a bit overrating: "all series I ever wanted").
Pr0n is a quite large section, from HD to LD. But that could all be shrunk into TV entertainment, and I can personally say that it's one of the largest I've ever seen. One resent are older movies, since the site is generally new, their collection is quite lacking.
I can't tell you much about the music section since I use another torrent site for that, but as I see it, there are alot of member compilations and popular music, metal discographies and such.
Now onto games:
there is a wide selection of games. from new ones to old ones, every update/crackfix is instantaneously uploaded, giving you the performance you deserve. Also, atleast 1 version of the same game is freeleech (example. Cod: Black Ops, cracked by razor1911 and reloaded, 1 is surely free)
There are ebooks, apps and other stuff.
There are two things that you might not enjoy:
1. the language
- I'm speak a SIMILAR language to Slovenian and I can't quite get some things. If your primary language is Russian/Polish or general Slavic, you might get through the page, but if you're Anglo Saxon speaking, then the good old method push-to-try is an option :D

2. sloppy search
- search is quite lacking sometimes. Gets frozen and/or removes your query from the search box.

OVERALL:
this is probably the best site I have ever been on. It has everything I need and out of 200 torrents currently on my utorrent 187 are from Partis. Speed varies depending on the amount of seeders. when there are seeders my speed is maxed out, when there are not, well, it's slow :)

I think (not totally sure) that if your IP is not Slovenian, they redirect you to Google.

if you are not live in the countries of former Yugoslavia like Croatia/Slovenia you can't acces the site.
They block the acces to the site becouse they are afraid of Anti-Piracy organizations lol

EDIT:
the law of ones country can't extend across it's borders, and they don't have anything stored on the site, so they legally can't be charged with anything + I don't think Slovenia even has a Internet law.

This tracker has two hands. Content and community.

Content is really good, good pretimes(sometimes few seconds after TL), and there is really a large amount of torrents, and speeds are nod bad either.

On the other hand... there is community. Staff is not showing any will to improve the tracker. In staff there are few teenagers just pumpin' their e-penises and show off...

Thats why i've left this tracker, cause there is really no will for improvement.

If you're looking for good tracker just for content it's good, but if you want to participate in community and talk with other folks there is much better Slovenian tracker for this...

--- why close it? The tracker is up and running, right? If so, post again the sign-up URL, i've deleted earlier, and make a notice somewhere that the only users who can join in are slovens or croats. Also, i think you can add the info sam8cb posted...if it's part of the tracker's rules/ faq/ announcemnts.
