the template is very identical to another turkish tracker :TurkTorrent.biz :: Hoþgeldiniz TurkTorrent.biz
I havn't crosschecked the material yet I feel these to be closely related .
at the moment turktorrent.biz seems to have more material and seeders than torrent-cell.com
these two are also very identical to leechtur.
very strange
they both seems to be having web seeding.
for turkish shows pretimes are very low , a matter of 30 minutes sometime or maybe lower
