Its still open, Maybe when u tried it was at its limit, try again they remove old accounts just about ever day.

Thats because the limit is hit very fast, i have tried to get it raised.
They have also raised the user limit.

I like ACN. There are a wide selection of torrents available. The torrents are categorized by scene type rather than file type. Packs are freeleech. Seeding isn't hard at all.
My favorite part about the site is that there is an overall site ratio for upload and downloads, but they don't do the tracking on individual files. Since I'm a part of 6 different trackers, keeping track of how long a file has been seeding and what the seeding requirements are for hte site on a per file basis is a pain. Using ACN means I just have to look at the overall site ratio to decide if I can delete a file or not.

It's best to avoid hotmail and yahoo for tracker signups. If you keep using it this will continue to happen.
Yahoo and hotmail blocks many tracker emails to the point where it won't even show up in your spam folder.
