Tracker Type: Documentaries



Tracker Age: There's some confusion about the tracker age. The release group was formed on October 2002 and the forum started from October, 2003. The tracker may have come later.



Categories:

Nothing specific to mention here as they don't categorize the documentaries explicitly.They do have documentaries encompassing various subjects and taste, ranging from Egyptian history to the Internet. They also divide their torrents into official MVG releases and normal user releases (more about this in Misc. Facts later)

Forums and Community:

The site is like a forum with a tracker (2 in fact, see Misc. Facts below) rather than a tracker with a forum. The forum is much larger than it might appear at first glance. Each rank gains access to even more subforums. I'm posting screenshots of "General Chat section and Politics" and "Religion and other great debates" section.

• Content: 4/5 Excellent site for documentaries and really varied contents. Only documentary site I knew before ScienceHD.

• Speed: 3/5 Not the best speeds but depending on number of seeds can be quite high.

• Community: 3.5/5 Not a buzzing forum but very dedicated.

Commentary:

I really like this site. There's not a large HD content,but you can find a lot of documentaries here. They also keep subtitles of almost every documentary. There's separate sections for subtitle requests and separate userclass for subtitle makers.
it was such a pioneer then with high quality documentaries and no ratio requirements. still a member today and proud of it

i think it is the best tracker about documentaries.
