Thread: SDBits (SDB) Review

This tracker is running off a modified version of TorrentBits.
special tracker features a high quality of the x264 content Dominoes simple, but the specialist film just in DVD , x264 That's why a few amount of content.
the admins and some very respected users at HDBits.org (high definition torrent tracker - Blu-rays, HD DVDs, encodes, audio, tv shows, movies, sports, the works) decided to make a 'sister' site that is for SD (standard definition) content. The site consists of untouched* PAL/NTSC DVDs, and top quality H.264 encodes (using x264) by the beloved HDBits.org encoders. None of that scene crap thats out of sync, contains banding, blocking, wrong luma levels, bad cropping, etc.

Guess you could compare it to what.cd/waffles.fm, but for DVDs/reencodes.

With that in mind, we're hoping to achieve similar numbers on SDBits within a couple months. So what better way to start then to hand out invites. If you'd like one, better luck next time, all out actually. With that in mind, not everyone will receive one. The site needs decent people with decent speeds - majority are on 100Mbit connections, so have fun competing

My Opinion :
Content: 7/10
I think this is due because I searched for some of the films did not find it important, for example, Part3 from The GodFather i was want it x264 but i just found part 2


Speed: 8/10
I think that most of the website files very fast and this is due to management packs in reseeding

Community: 6/10
The forums and IRC are very quite active.

I wouldn't give them 8/10 for speed. Most of the time the downloads are very slow and many times the seeders disappear in the middle of the torrent downloading and they reappear after some hours again.

Seeding in this tracker is difficult especially if you don't upload your own content.

The IRC channel is very quite indeed and many times people don't care to answer any question you make there.

So what will you give them ?
Speed in most of the new files fast and as well as some old, I do not compare this tracker with some powerful trackers like hdbits , this tracker is still new as it is known

I agree with you well in your point of view, I expect that this issue is resolved with the increase in the number of subscribers, because this site has become particularly desirable that the second site in this specialization
(i mean x264.me) , at all thank you to all of this important post and the alert is important :)

I would give them maximum 6/10 for speed.

To give you an example the torrent Ballad of a Soldier NTSC DVD DD1.0 x264 Tree was added 1 day ago and i was from the first 5-6 people to get it. I am still downloading it and it hasn't finished yet. It is a fresh torrent with 1.17 GB size. Do you find it 8/10 speed ? The uploader is getting offline all the time and then he is coming back just for 5-6 minutes and with speed of about 20-40KB/s.

Tha same thing is happening with Involuntary PAL DVD DD5.1 x264 Tree and Travelers and Magicians NTSC DVD DD2.0 x264 Tree too. That's why i don't agree with 8/10 for speed.

Family Guy S08E21 Partial Terms of Endearment NTSC DVD 5.1 x264 CtrlSD was very fast though. So i don't know maybe it's problem with specific uploader or something like that.

The contest of the tracker is very good and in the forums you can find many informations about encoding with some experienced encoders ready to help you out with your problems and your questions.

How is the scene crap? They have standards, are knowledgeable about what they do and consistently release quality material.

i said : None of that scene crap , that scene it's so prefect,,

i highly regret joining this tracker, i accepted an invite so i dont want to let the person who invited me down but the stuff here is horrible, yes speed is great easy to seed but the content is just awful and hardly 2-3 releases a day, very small communnity and the site has an outdated look i do not recommend it to anyone, i joined in hopes to access hdbits but this tracker is hardly worth my time

im also joining this tracker, i got an invite so i dont want to let the person who invited me down... ;(
im seeding over and over .. even my download incomplete because its to slow.. sometimes its make me to stop thats download file

It is a small tracker, and speeds are variable depending on the uploader.

The quality of the encoding is generally excellent though, which is why people use the site. I am fine with slow downloads as long as the rip quality is good.

Do not join thinking it will be a route to HDBits.org as it is not, and asking for HDBits.org invites will get you banned.
