    Nope, as far as I'm aware D-Z0N3 is not an encoder at HDB.

    Lately some of the users at AHD has posted quite a few guides with regards to encoding, etc. If you're member, you might want to take a look at the threads if you're not aware of it. :)

    D-ZON3 is internal at the most underrated HD tracker and also one of my top 3: Awesome-HD.
    They are the home of quite a few excellent encoders.
