This is a new review of PTM for 2010.

PreToMe is a ratioless, general tracker with many sections. Good pre times, new torrents are always very well seeded. Seeding might seem difficult at first because there are quite a few seedboxes there ( mainly xirvik, kimsufi and OVH ), but remember that this is a ratioless tracker and their bonus system is fantastic.



You get 1 point for idling in the IRC for every hour, plus some credits by seeding torrents you download ( both a speed based and a time based bonus ), donating, winning in the casino, rating torrents, filling requests, uploading torrents ( you have to be an approved uploader ). You can use them to gamble in the casino, request torrents, pay off Hit&Runs, buy VIP membership, buy invites ( 100 credits = invite ).

No wait times or restrictions for new users so it should be easy to start if you have a seedbox.

PTM might be ratioless, but you have to keep a minimum seeding time 60h OR 0.75 ratio on EACH torrent, whichever comes first. This site uses Hit 'n Runs (sort of like a speeding ticket) to punish those who have not seeded long or hard enough. With each HnR you lose a download slot (you can still seed as many torrents as you like). A HnR will disappear automatically after 1 month or you can use credits to buy them off or you can start seeding again within 6h. The only way to get banned is by not seeding your torrents and getting HnRs - basically just grabbing and closing utorrent.

One last thing, keep in mind that if you're looking for music this is *not* the tracker for it. PTM might be a general tracker, but they don't have much music.

great general tracker love the point system and the login is sweet.

I am in PreToMe only for 2 days but i find it quiet difficult to seed my downloaded torrents even when i use a seedbox. I can only see them leeching 5-25 KB/s from my torrents.

Maybe i got some rotten eggs and they don't need them hehe.

I´ve been a member on PTM in the beggining (right after they got apart of funfile), right there it was not so good, but of course it grown up fast and may be a good general tracker nowadays.

It is pretty hard to seed there.

I am a memebr of PTM for some weeks and it's a good general tracker.Lot of contents,good speed,good pretimes.I didn't face problem for seeding.But I downloaded all new stuff from there.And it's ratioless.So don't worry about the ratio.Just try to seed back according to their rules.As long as you try to seed back and follow the rules you will be fine.
