Thread: PTN (PTN) Review

V2 has now been released for everyone.

Some great improvements. Browse page is now in "movie" mode similar to CN instead of just plain text by default which gives you a basic rundown of the films details etc and well as presenting you differenet release qualities etc.

Movie pages are much improved, a feature i like is that it lists all the actors etc and tells you how many other movies they are in that are on PtN then on clicking gives you a download list of their movies.

Also now has a "You may like this movie" suggestion system, which unlike imdb seems to actually work and recommend good movies.

Lots of other new features as well.

The new layout and features of PTN are great! I love it. Nice little effects on the page transfers and when deleting messages and things like that.

All the stats seem to have survived the move to the new website as well.

Now we just need to wait for an updated review of the new v2 PTN site.

Alot of those seeders are seedboxs though i think. I always get great speeds even with 1 or 2 seeder torrents, since its ratioless you can download *risky* torrents without having to worry about screwing your ratio anyways.

They don't have invite forum.

Good review, only a minor thing that have to be corrected:
Indeed you will receive gold as you receive karma/bonuspoints at other sites.
Only diamonds you'll have to find. They can appear all over the site.

They can appear everywere on the forums. when you browse forums, sometimes it will appear in the top left corner and move down the screen, and then you have to click on it to get it

Actually they can apper anywhere in the entire site, not only on the forums, but in every page like "browse", "IRC", "OST", ect.

They will be floating and in constant movement, until someone click and get them.
