A very decent Lithuanian General Tracker. Not great Pre-times but has a great community and Lightning speeds The tracker has specific clients banned So, make sure you use the white list client !! ;)
If you dont speak Lithunian language, keep an online translator ready to use !!
Initially, I had difficulty in reading the rules and browsing the site , but once you get hang of it, you are at home :)

A rough translation:

Newbie User class newcomers
Member of the user class for users. You can send 10 files at once.
LM fans to download 100 files simultaneously and see nfo files.
LM fans can see Top10.

LM elite must be a member for already 52 weeks, sending at least 3 TB of data and should act very ranking of more than 2.5.
Promotion is automatic when these requirements are met. Please note that you will be demoted from
this status if your ratio drops below 2.4 at any time.
VIP VIP is a user supported site, or honored by any other means, the owner or administrator is appointed.
Uploader appointed administrators (read more Siuntimosi section).
Forum Moderator appointed the administrator or owner.
Moderator do not ask us, we will ask you.

As you improve in ranks, you have to keep a very good ratio !!
