Thread: NHLTorrents (NHL) Review

NHL Torrents is all about... yep that's right, ICE HOCKEY.

I know there's not a lot of hockey fans around, but If I can help someone who likes hockey just like me, mission accomplished.



NHL Torrent is a tracker dedicated to everything related to hockey: Documentaries, international games, National Hockey League games, NCAA games, DVDs etc.

Most of the content is in English, but you can also download releases in French, German, Finnish and Swede.

Before you can creat your account, you have to watch a short animation about rules/ratios etc. It's the first tracker I have seen doing this, and it's pretty neat.

This site really is great. I've been a member here for a while. Living in Mexico makes it hard for me to watch hockey games. I have to stream them live over the internet at very low quality. Downloading HD rips of the games at high speeds is awesome. I've got the entire collection of Team Canada games at the 2010 olympics in HD. Those will be watched over and over again. I'll still have them 30 years from now. Truly a historic moment for Canada.

I am is part of this tracker and can report it pretty recently closed its sign-ups and went private and right now no invites at all are handed out.Staff is still discussing how to set it all up.

What's with this tracker now? Is it possible to get invited or not?
I was following them on twitter and I didn't saw any new places open for accounts. Here in our country I'm not able to watch NHL games on TV or internet, so I'd like to know if I should wait for a miracle to get on that tracker or just give up.

--- also, even with a seedbox, downloading/ seeding either normal torrents or the freeleech ones, i find it quite hard to earn those points.

I love this tracker. I'm currently getting points up for invites to give away. One should probably also mention that an NHLTorrents account gets you access to the sister sites; HD Sport Torrents, Footy Torrents and Hall of Fame Torrents (NBA,MLB and NFL).
