    according to the screenshot, just 1.2.1 is allowed, but the screenshot was made in february.
    Updated allowed client list as of now (5/23):
    The following torrent clients are permitted:

    uTorrent 1.8.5
    BitTorrent 6.0
    Halite 0.3.1
    KDE3 (KTorrent 2.2.4)
    Transmission
    uTorrent 1.6.1
    Deluge 1.2.1
    Sorry, but is appears Deluge 1.2.1 is it.

    It is really a good tracker generally for music, Games as well as Applications. It is not dedicated for one category. Yet it is still the best General tracker for me :)

    thx bobster.

    since a week i am a member of the IpT community and i am still using deluge 1.2.3. and there are no problems. so i think, that the staff of IpT havent updated the client rules yet.

    => Deluge 1.2.3 is allowed

    that tracker is one of the best 0day trackers where you can find any thing you can imagine but the only defect in that tracker is splitting movies or games into winrar because if you download them you have to unrar them and it will take much space

    I really like IPT now that I'm on it.

    Lots of content and generous with ways to maintain a ratio for people with slow links(mine is quite fast, but for those with DSL and the like it's helpful).

    Actually, you don't have to unrar movies if you use VLC. Just open the .rar file in VLC and it will play. This is another reason why it's my favorite video player
