Good technique, but you have to be careful. The problem is when people are looking to only download like a small portion of a large pack so that they can partially seed. But since you don't have 100% of the file you report to the tracker that you're still leeching so you in fact are adding to the total leecher count. Only disadvantage is that you have to work really hard to keep your ratio, tons of seeders on everything new. I usually lose ratio on tv shows, movies and gain on seeding games for months.
You can only seed torrents on TL which are less then 1 week old usually. After that they put on so many seeders it's hard for you to get a chance to upload. So even with cross-seeding it's kinda hard.
So...what if I download a torrent on my PC, but then download it again to my seedbox? I've done that a while back and I'm not banned or anything.

TL was my first private tracker, and still one of my faves.
Ratio keeping requires some clever choices, but the awesome seeder numbers mean DL's are great!
Definitely a great tracker. It's sort of hard to maintain a ratio without a seedbox, but when you do get the opportunity to splurge, the DL speed are great.
