At last - BTN has arrived. Stylist, chic and chock-full of features unseen elsewhere, finally there’s a torrent tracker that actually makes sense of TV releases. After tireless months of coding from an ambitious & highly-skilled team, BTN is built around a highly-customized codebase - making it one of the most original yet functional trackers that exists today. BTN is basically, a central hub for TV. They have a TV Schedule, and specific torrent pages for TV Shows such as 24. I'm loving the site so far, and I'm not looking back.

Okay, I really got to say I'm loving this tracker. There have been talks about how long it's actually going to stay active being run by a 17-year-old sysop, but they've been hitting their donations so I'm guessing it will be for quite some time. T-I and BTN also doesn't have a good relationship, but you can't hate a tracker just because of some bad blood.

Anyways, I wanted to get into this tracker because I needed a ratioless TV tracker that rivals BitMeTV in pretimes for extracted materials. Again, it's on par with BitMeTV on numerous releases and beats it quite frequently. I'm usually downloading files from BTN and cross-seeding/uploading them over to BMTV. Works great. Obviously beats freshon.tv and TVT.com.

Downside is their Bonus Points Store. That place is a rip-off. Exchange rate isn't the greatest.

The forum is fairly lively. Probably one of the most active tracker forum I'm a member of. Staffs can be dicks though. Get on their bad side and they'll ban you for no apparent reason. Best to stay clear altogether.

Overall, I'm using it quite frequently because of quick pretimes. Content is growing fast as well so you shouldn't have a problem finding older TV packs.

Interesting. Can someone who's a member tell me what the Canadian content is like? Specifically, you're looking for anything with "CBC" in it, or "The Nature of Things", or "The Fifth Estate", or "This Hour", or "Mercer Report". I'd be interested to now if any of these search terms produce results, and if any of them seem to be regularly uploaded.

very good tracker! recently got invited through there application forum, and i can honestly say it's the best TV tracker i have used, community is very friendly withing 3 minutes of me joining i had 3 wall posts from people welcoming me !!

plus the forum is very active, and has some nice people in it always willing to help, if you snag yourself an invite, Dont let GO!

do all torrents on BTN have only extracted videos and no rar files?

Yep, only extracted videos on BTN, just like TvT. Much more convenient than grabbing shows off 0day trackers and having to extract :)

This site seems to have great new advancements DAILY. Official Encoding Team, Auto-up, they must have axx. Their pre-times match or beat BMTVs most of the time!

Just rolled out a ton of new features on their profile page, the tv favs, a list of all the tv actors, and rss/irc updates. RC2 coming out soon!

plus, BTN beat BMTV's pretime on Smallville by 2 minutes. pretty good, huh?
