It's a live music tracker where live audio & dvd videos are shared. Sign up is open.
I think seeding is not very easy but also at the same time it,s not so hard. Only thing that really helps is patience. There are some free leech torrents. The minimum ratio that has to be maintained is really low.
This site has a really good collection of live audio. There are also many rare live dvd video.
Speed is good, though you can get low speed for very old torrents. This site is good for anyone who loves live concert( especially audio).

number of seeder should increase
