BestMMATorrents or BMMA (Best Mixed Martial Arts Torrents) is one very easy to join tracker. It has open sign-ups the most of the time, if not all the time. :D
There is a request section in which you can make requests. The speeds, as far as I have heard (I haven't used the tracker) , are average...
In this tracker, you may sometimes find "rare" content because some of them are old. You can maintain a good ratio as there are freeleech torrents which with them you can "boost" your ratio.

Unlike the reviewer, I have used this tracker. It's down lots. Ironically, it usually goes down right before a big MMA event, and you have to find somewhere else to get the event unless you want to wait a week for the site to come back. Seriously, it's gone down so much I wonder if the admins of the site have any clue what they're doing.

On the plus side though, it's easy to join, easy to seed, and the content and speed is pretty good while the site is up. It might be a good place to download some older stuff that you don't want to have mess up your ratio at a premier mma tracker (ie, mma-tracker). This is what I use the site for.
