It's a french generalist tracker, except for HD. Play-The.net stood in for "Reload Paradise" since this one closed six months ago. You can find the same contents, and also same members/uploaders. Ptn is also affiliated to "HD-Life.net", this one only for HD contents.
The tracker closed registration for one month, then it will be only-invites, available as soon as staff have done their cleaning up with accounts.

Rules

The rules are pretty much the same as everywhere, you have to maintain a ratio of 1, and hit and run is punished, staff is very hard with that.

User classes

User: Default classe of new members, have one upload slot per day. Have to maintain a ratio of 1.
Uploader: Must have uploaded at least 100Go and have a ratio of 1. Have two upload slots per day and access to requests and streaming.
Power User: Must have uploaded at least 200Go and have a ratio of 1. Have ten upload slots per day and access to eveything.
Donator: Have donated money to Play-The.net. 2 Go upload for each € donated. Must maintain a ratio of 1 anyway. Have access to requests;
Moderator and super moderator: Staff, can edit and delete torrents, can also moderate forum.
Owner: Site owner.

Nice review, I didn't hope to see a review for that tracker here. However informations given above should be updated, because the tracker supports now HD materials (holds enough HD stuff), the interface has changed, and so on....
But still, it's a closed community, and the number one in high quality/general French tracker around French's torrent world. To enjoy it, you might need an invite to get inside.
