The bonus system was good,1 point for every hour seeding ,now it has changed to 0.1 point for every torrent you are seeding so have to seed 10 at once for the same points as before.

I can see,that there are are only 4 golden torrents, Now
--- Subkar is right... the number of Golden torrents is 4, but the number of copper torrents is much bigger, and many would make this confusion between those 2, because the "spinning nickle" resembles.

all bluray are blue (only 25% of download counted ) so this really help if you have problemes with ratio ,but all torrents have lots of peers so with a decent upload speed nobody should not have problemes with the ratio
i've noticed HD-torrents is very similar to HD space which has the same website layout and system of gold/silver/bronze-blue
i just became a member the other day and im altready in love with this tracker :D
i use to be a member of bit-hdtv and had a hard time keeping a healthy ratio but the same cant be said about hd-torrents :D
without a seedbox and only 15mbs i got a pretty decent ratio after a little over a day :P
not to mention theres a huge list of movies to choose from ;)
the only other HD tracker i use now is awesomeHD and the thing i like about hd-torrents is i can find older movies and not just newer ones :)
and lets not forget downloading :D
tonight for example i was able to download the new episode of south park before it even aired in my area within minutes..a almost 600mb download in less than a minute :)
this is a very very good tracker and worth using in my opinion :)

Great tracker overall. Really impressed with HiDt's 1080p rips, very close to the source.
