Thread: RevolutionTT (RevTT) Review

I just joined yesterday and it is definitely a lot harder to seed at RevTT than other sites. I was uploading a 1080p movie which I downloaded from IPT and was seeding to RevTT. At IPT, I was uploading around 2.9 - 3.1mbps and there were about 75 leechers. At RevTT, I was uploading only like 200 - 300kbps with a little more leechers.

I started downloading a movie pack and the downloads went up to 2.7mbps but the uploads did not cross 250kbps. There was only one seeder and about 28 leechers.

At IPT, I uploaded over 500gb at IPT in two days and only like 11gb in RevTT.



What gives?

What gives is you are battling high and ultra high bandwidth seedboxes there. It's crazy hard to maintain a good ratio there, and for that reason, I don't find myself using it very often. .... and I use a 100 Mbit seedbox... ;-(

i can attest to this myself. this tracker is really good when it comes to speed, but seeding is difficult. there are a lot of seedboxes that keep this trend intact. i too have a 100Mbit seedbox.

I dont know why you are having that problem. With Scene releases, I can usually seed for a long time at 1-4 MB/s on RevTT

Thanks for the dl on this tracker. It sounds like TL would probably be better to try to obtain since RevTT seems to be a little trickier when it comes to seeding.

This is an ok tracker IMO. Its pretty easy to seed there, and its slower to get newer torrents also.

I have never had a seeding issue with RevTT. Matter of fact if you follow the tips in the tutorials there it's pretty easy.

Grab partial files for popular stuff. Cross seed from other sources. The buffer will grow.

As to them being fast on release times, I have rarely seen them be too far behind SCC on scene stuff. Sometimes even faster than SCC. I don't think RevTT races.

One thing that is great about RevTT is their no BS policy. If you screw around (bad ratio, HnR..etc) they will warn you, and then you're gone. RevTT is a great proving ground for newbies really.

I've been trying to get into revtt for a while but from what i've read doesn't really sound to good thanks for the information guys.
