ElbitZ.NET is a great source of information and educational content for both students and professionals alike. It is one of the best E-Learning trackers around, and are generally open for sign ups around the 15th of every month. The free registration notification is always posted on the home page. One can find many tech related E-books on this site as well as tutorials, test engines, magazines and many more. ElbitZ is not all about tech stuff; there are even content related to music, dating and languages as well as on many other general categories. They are currently tracking around 7500 torrents. There is no bonus system however maintaining a good ratio is very easy. They also have an option for upload credit for donation made to the tracker. The invite system is currently disabled.

Rules

• Minimum ratio required is (Falling below this ratio will result in a direct ban).

• If you download more than 500MB's and have a ratio of less than 0.5 then you will get a warning for 7 days. If you are not able to get a 0.6 ratio you will be banned. Here the term banned refer to your access to the site being restricted. You will be able to work on your ratio and get all your download rights back once you have crossed the ratio of 0.6 by seeding, uploading or donating.

General Rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned!

• Do not defy the moderators' expressed wishes!
• Do not upload our torrents to other trackers or sites!
• Disruptive behavior in the forums will not be tolerated.
• We do not allow duplicate accounts.

Downloading Rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!

• Follow these rules otherwise you will be banned.
• If you download 500 MB and your ratio is less than 0.5 you will be demoted to Peasant class and will get a 5 day warning. Failure to increase your ratio above 0.5 within 5 days, will result in your account being disabled and you will unfortunately be banned.
• Upload new torrents that are not listed.
• Seed the torrents that you have downloaded.
• If you have a slow connection, stop downloading for some time and seed to increase your ratio
• 'If you "Hit and Run", you will be BANNED!!'
• "Hit and Runs" are not allowed. Stay on torrents you have completed and try to attain a 1:1 ratio. However, use your common sense and seed things that are short of seeds in preference to those with many.
• Everyone should aim for a 1.00 share ratio. Low ratios may result in severe consequences.
• Only 5 unique and simultaneous IPs are allowed per torrent per user account. Any more will result in an automatic ban, so think twice before posting torrents elsewhere.

Uploading Rules - Torrents violating these rules may be deleted without notice

• ElbitZ.net is a torrent tracker intended for e-learning only.
• You are only allowed to upload the following types of materials on ElbitZ:
• e-Books
• Documentaries
• Plug ins
  
• Web templates, textures...
• Learning videos
• Members "must" always get Admin/Moderator authorizations to upload any other types of materials.
• DO NOT EVER UPLOAD the following material: military manuals, weapons related material, sex videos, political or religious inflammatory materials.
• Do not upload MS product and other copyrighted materials.
• Search before you UPLOAD torrents.
• For any help please do not hesitate to contact a Staff member.

General Forum Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines

Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines

• The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png
• We ask that you re-size your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. If you do not, ElbitZ website parameters will force an automatic rescale of them. Smaller images will be expanded while larger ones will be shrunk. The result will be a blurry avatar and a waste of bandwidth and CPU cycles.
• Do not use potentially offensive material such as porn, anti-religious, involving animal cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have a wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt sent a pm to a Staff member.

Automatic Rules

• Violating the above will result in immediate ban.
• Torrents that are not seeded but have peers are automatically deleted after 48hrs.
• Torrent that are not seeded and have no peers are automatically deleted after 24hrs.
• User accounts that are not activated within 24hrs are deleted.
• User accounts that are inactive for 7 days and do not have any history (upload/download/posts/etc) are automatically deleted.

Something special about the tracker

They have a good collection of packs in varied categories. The majority of the content is though IT related. Along with bitspyder, learnbits and docspedia it is a very good alternative source of elearning materials for people who are not in BitMe. Its a very easy to seed tracker. Everyone is allowed to upload torrents though members must always get Admin/Moderator authorizations to upload any other non elearning types of materials.

I just want to add that one of the catch for this tracker is its good collection of dating / romantic encounter materials (about 400 torrents), which I think other e-learning trackers such as bitspyder lacks of.

Love this tracker as I am an IT major. Have gotten some hard to find plug-ins and documentaries from here.

The only part of this tracker I can really comment on is their medicine and science files. While they used to have some good, regular uploads there around a year ago that isn't the case anymore. Uploads are sporadic and usually consist of holistic, homeopathic, acupuncture or some other kind of useless pseudoscience.

As for the rest of the site, it looks like it's really good for the programming/IT community.
So if your job or life revolves around computers, it just might be worth checking out this tracker.
If you're studying to become a doctor, approach with caution.

Elbitz has been very good for me in the clutch for my business. Has a decent amount of
Copy-writing Content, as well as NLP, and sales, Negotiating, and Persuasion

This is cool tracker. Great source for medical books for a doc like me.

there are some of the Graphic zone but not much ,can be compare to bitspyder interm of graphic and art.
