BitMeTV does have a request feature. They have a strict policy of seeding, encouraging a ratio of 4:1.

Depending on what you watch, there's going to be varying amounts of downloaders. If you're a fan of Heroes or Lost, it's fairly easy to share back what you need to if you jump on it fast. (I have a max upload of 50kbps and I do just fine.) If you want to set up an RSS feed you can.

Yeah this site is ridiculous when it comes to anything TV related. But man it can be a ratio killer real quick. Definitely one of the best sites out there.
