BitMeTV



BitMeTV is one of the best deadicated TV Series trackers. Its pre times and speeds are high standards. Torrents are generally the video file only so its helpful for users who dislike RAR's. It also has a large archive of Tv Shows and Complete Season Packs so you can basically find everything. Its a little difficult to seed at first, so I recommend a seedbox and leeching some new content and/or cross seeding.
Signups are Current Closed. Quite a hard Tracker to get into so you will need an invite.

This is my go-to place for everything TV. I mean, I have managed to find some very rare gems here + the pretimes for new releases is pretty damn good. Admins are very helpful and speedy as well.

I noticed some 1080i releases on the pics. Just wanted to ask the people who have an account at BitMeTV if these are uploaded regularly for the shows which are aired with this kind of resolution?
Never saw an 1080i release for a show on the trackers I've got, but maybe they are just too low level

There are currently 19'464 videos, from which 115 videos are 1080i, 56 videos are 1080p.

There is only one 1080i Supernatural episode, one 1080i Lost episode, two 1080p Lost episodes.

So as you see, this is not a good tracker for 1080i, 1080p videos.

Cool, great for this information. Thought there were more, but I guess 1080i TV shows are very rare.

This tracker is seriously tough in terms of ratio, worst one I'm on so far, no freeleeching as far as I can tell :/

do power users receive invites? if so, how often?
if not, who does, and how often?

Invites are allocated by the system automatically to Power Users and above, when the necessary qualifications are met.

Invites are automatically handed out in 30 day increments depending on the ratio of the user.
The minimum class to receive invites is still power user.
Invites are a precious commodity. Do Not Abuse The Privilege.
The amount of invites a person gets depends on their ratio but will never exceed the total allotted.

ratio is .90 - .999 = 1 invite
ratio is 1.0 - 1.049 = 2 invites
ratio is 1.05 and up = 3 invites

If a member with a ratio of 1.05 or higher has 3 invites already when the next 30 day rolling period comes around they would get 0 invites added even though they qualified for 3 more.
If they had used 1 then the system would grant them 1 more invite instead of 3 and so on.
A member also has to have downloaded a certain amount to obtain each level.

1-7GB for 1 invite
7-10GB for 2 invites
10GB+ for 3 invites

What are the different user classes?

Muppet When a member has under a .5 ratio they have 3 days to make it above that or they are warned for 7 days automatically by the system. If the member does not make it to .5 in those 7 days they are demoted to muppet and they have another 7 days to make it to 0.65. if they do not their account is automatically disabled by the system. A muppet is only allowed to have 2 active torrents. When a Muppet achieves a ratio of 0.65, they will automatically be promoted back to User class. User The default member class.Power User Denotes that this member is an asset to the site.
VIP Has the same privileges as Power User and is considered a highly valued member of BitMeTV.ORG.
This member has donated money to BitMeTV.ORG.
Elite Has donated money to BitMeTV.ORG, or has been selected by the staff for Elite status.Uploader Special member class for uploaders.Moderator Can edit and delete any uploaded torrents. Can also moderate user comments and forum posts, issue warnings, and disable accounts.Administrator Can do just about anything.SysOp Can do everything.


How does this promotion thing work anyway?

Power User Must have been be a member for at least 4 weeks, have uploaded at least 65GB and have a ratio at or above 1.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that Power Users will be automatically demoted from this status if their ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.
VIP Must have uploaded at least 100GB and have a ratio at or above 3.0. All Power User conditions must also be fulfilled. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that VIPs will be automatically demoted from this status if their ratio drops below 1.50 at any time.
Just make a regular donation. The member's ratio must be greater than 1.0 at the time of the donation; otherwise, it goes to purchase upload credit and no star or promotion will be received.
Elite Assigned by staff at their discretion to users they feel contribute something special to the site. This is also a donation promotion (if not donating for upload credit). Anyone begging for Elite status will be automatically disqualified.
Uploader Assigned by staff to users who have contributed a great deal to the site. Other conditions apply. Do not ask for this user status... ever!
