TvT is TV show tracker with a very small community. They have a torrent adoption system, which prevents old torrents from getting unseeded. The speeds are not impressive, but the pre-times are very good!

Very good tracker, especially for "old" TV shows :) Adoption system allows you to download only things that YOU want. You don't have to buffer using new and active torrents :) At the moment, all 720p shows are free to download :)
They don't have invites, but all user classes starting from loyal members have access to a signup link ;)
