Ok, here we have the first , the biggest and the best Croatian tracker, which is also the best EX YU and balkan tracker :)
Recently TorrentHR became NO RATIO tracker, demanding only to seed 72 hours in period of 14 days after finishing torrent or until ratio 1.0 but there is no global ratio or warning about low ratio if you obey seeding time
If you are from EX Yu area there is a lot of content available but English speaking visitors can find a lot of stuff also because most of stuff are in English with subs.
Site is very popular, speeds are great at new torrents and a little slower at older but there are a lot of seed boxes to help you get what you want fast ;)

Registrations are closed, and users from higher class are able to generate invites so account on THR is a valuable account and i recommend to every one to grab one and keep on to it if they have a chance :)
