Thread: IrishTorrents (IRT) Review

Irish torrents is an Irish tracker which has Tv shows from Irelands main Tv company RTE 1 and 2, plus the Gaelic channel T4. The tracker has also Irish flims and music and e books dealing with Irish content only. Some BBC stuff with irish content is here as well. UTV is covered as well. Its very good tracker for Ruby games and Irish football. Private tracker never opens for registrations, it relies on invites only for new members.

Community : 8/10 Been an Irish tracker means there is always a friendly community and people debating one thing or another. Mods are very helpful and some of the staff are on The Box.bz as well.

Speed : 3/10 : Since Ireland is realtively new to broadband and not many towns outside of dublin have it the speeds are realtively slow, but once seeded by someone outside ireland speeds then to pick up. Most of the tv files are small anyway

Content : 7/10 : For Irish ex pats living away this is a lifeline. Most important TV shows and sport is capped pretty quickly. Very good capping team show usually up the next day

Rarity : 5/10 : This tracker is not easy to get. The best way to get into this tracker is to have a friend or connection that can invite you to them. Such is level 5 tracker status. It has only 5000 membership as well.

Overall : 8/10 : A good tracker for people interested in all things Irish, many good old flims and full of Irish folk music. Speed is the problem, but the community makes up for that anyway. Easy enough to maintain a ratio
