AnimaTooniC is relatively new and promising gazelle based cartoon and anime tracker. Since they are still starting out there isn't a lot of torrents yet, but all of them are currently freeleech.

Registrations are closed but it shouldn't be a problem getting an invite from their irc channel or here on forums.
