First of all, the tracker is not 2 months old, and actually is a bit older than that...The first time, Nordicleech was alive for 6 months and then their server crashed, the staff being able to save some ( if not, the majority ) of the files, which apparently were all corrupted. When it came back their policy was all about HD content. Since then the tracker went back and forth through some changes, a couple of other harddrive crashes and server migrations...and now it's back, with a "worldclass web-designer"-made format, and unfortunately lost its HD-only status somewhere on the way, cause now it's a General tracker. Nothing wrong there, but IMO the General category is so overcrowded, and it's pretty damn hard to make a name for yourself competing with older and bigger trackers out there...but then, who knows.
A funny thing about the format thing of this tracker, is the fact that you can hide your usual tabs like : Home, Requests, Torrents, News ..by simply clicking a "+" sign in the top left corner. I have to say, though, that these tabs are either too big, or too many and so they are displayed on 2 rows. I think, here, that "worldclass web-designer" overdid it. :D Also, there is no F.A.Q tab, no profile tab ( unless you access the Settings tab ), no upload, download, no personal thing that should be there. The icons used for these tabs are completely irrelevant to the things they are supposed to represent. Maybe some of them can be moved somewhere else, or removed.
Oh, and the white ?!... the WHITE... their motto states : "a bit sketchy - but pure", i get that...and the white, being so pure, but it really hurts your eyes after some time browsing the site.
As Hearts previously stated, in the browse page, you can't see torrent size and uploader... the fields are there, but are not properly ( intentionally or not ) marked for those 2 categories. Which can get very confusing at some point, although you would know the size of a BRRip or of a DVDrip... but still, this info should be there. As for the uploaders name, maybe an Anonymous account would suffice. The content is quite various, being a general tracker, you'd expect it..but for a 2-month-old tracker 348 torrents are still fewer than you'd normally expect to see...
The Request Page, holds no torrent for now, but from what i've read so far, making a request is available only for V.I.P.'s. At least you get 1 bonus point for completing/filling a request. But then since there is no Bonus Point stated anywhere (or at least i coudn't find one) i don't know what good will that do for you later, when you gain more...
Rule
Nothing new there, although i might suggest a proper Rules page, rather than other tabs there, and not 3-4 topics in the forums. Maybe it should look like this :
Just a thought.
Userclasses and Promotion
Well, there is no information about these 2, but judging from the memberlist there are the usual : User, V.I.P., Uploader and Staff. Getting to V.I.P. ---> Donating. It's that simple. Also about this V.I.P. status, i think they overthought it again, because the difference between perks is so effin' big, maybe a user that could not donate, but would still like some perks, should have something to dream about : like a middle class between normal users and V.I.P.'s. Accordingly to past news a V.I.P. had/ still have ( maybe ) these perks :

Personal Commentary
First of all, good job on coming back, over and over, after all those problems with servers, harddrives and migrations. Others would have given up earlier...The site is poorly designed (i've seen worst, but i've seen better from new sites )... it's like it was made in a hurry just to be launched and the things that would appear would be fixed later. So far i've seen no bugs, like page loading/ crashing/ freezing, some type-o's ( some, actually --> this also would give one the sense that all was made chaotic and hasty )... the white design also states a lack of imagination as for the logo, it still has the [HD] present, and even in big red letters... why? since the site switched to General? That is too a sign of hasty job, imo. The site needs more work to be done, to get there... it lacks the members, the torrents ( that's not a problem, with the proper tools -- seedboxes and uploaders ), but like i said before, for a new tracker... i've seen better.
