First of all lets start with fact InP has changed domain, once it was called danger.lv, but with some copyright issues was forced to changed it to that we now know as InP.
Also one of oldest latvian scene sites with high upload speed, active forum (You can ask question in English, there will be no problem with answer), about pre times it's not SCC or IPT, but still to TV shows them are till 1 minute, various content, but exclamation mark on TV shows.
Yes, there also is freeleech and silver torrents (50% free), bonus system (0,075 points for every torrent in hour + 10 points for upload, 1 point for poll vote a.s.o)
Various user clases - Power user (4 weeks - 30GB), Power+ user (6 weeks - 100GB), Danger user (8 weeks - 500GB), Elite user (10 weeks - 1TB).
I know this site since 2006, very good choise and basicly all needed is there (okey, they don't upload 45 one movie variations from 45 p2p groups (point me that normal person who needs something like that), they just use one in every category - most snatched) and yes they provide latvian audio sync to movies, some a little bit of our native p2p, just like FBT and QR.
Rules are writen in latvian, but the basic idea stays like in every tracker (Don't make shit and all will be good)
Mhm, yes IRC also is avaliable, but it's in one of biggest latvian IRC servers like group (more info in my.php), I know it is working, but I do not use it.
Anyway, I recommend InP, it's like Carlsberg says - probably the best in world..
